Under Broken Skies is a Northern Virginia metal band formed in the spring of 2015. Since then
the band has been stirring a buzz, playing shows around the northern and southern parts of
Virginia with their brand of old school Metal, Death Metal and Thrash.
Such influences include: Cannibal Corpse, Internal Bleeding, Sepultura,
Anthrax, Slayer, Hate Breed and Suffocation, just to name a few. The music doesn’t have to be
complicated but well written and to the point, and as an older generation metal band, Under
Broken Skies feels that old school metal/Death and thrash was and still is just that… Simple,
heavy and to the Point.
